1/144 Pit-Road/Takara/F-Toys Yamato Guns & Planes
Pit-Road and Takara (from Japan) released a number of 1/144 scale models of the Yamato to go along with the 2005 movie "Yamato".
Here you see the main Turret #1, 3 types of the .25 cal machine guns (turret, shielded and single mounts), two types of the 5" anti-aircraft batteries (open and in a turret), and two F-Toys diecast float planes of the type carried by the Yamato. Look closely at the open gun mounts - you will see the crew members.
