This is Taku Makino’s 1/30 resin Ankylosaurus. I had seen a photo of this kit on Ken Carpenter’s website ages ago and when it popped up on ebay a couple of years ago I snapped it up. Probably the rarest – and best – Ankylosaurus kit I have ever seen. The skin texture is amazingly detailed. The tail has been lengthened just a tad near the club.
