This section is devoted to the Pine Cars that I have been making for my kids’ annual AWANA Club Derby Race. The three cars pictured above (2003) were a fairly simple design, carved out of one block of wood, weighted with fishing weights and painted.

The Golden Snake and the Barbie-face cars won 1st and 2nd place in the 2003 race.
