For this conversion, I took a head from a Resaurus Triceratops toy, fixed the open space around the mouth with putty, modified a Galaxy Triceratops body into a galloping pose, put them together with wires and putty, painted it to match the Battat Triceratops figure (my all-time favorite Trike color scheme), and placed it on a base.
