The figures are a 6" Raimundo Toys 2007 Toho Kong 1967, and the 1980s vintage Yamakatsu Mecha Kong.

The Tokyo Tower is made by Sega in Japan and can be made to change colors and light up in different patterns.

Here is a bit more trivia:

Kong's 'love interest' in the film was played by the real life daughter of the late American comedian Jackie Gleason, Linda Gleason MIller.
